Current Dispatch Status

Due to the high volume of orders, our warehouse team is taking around 2 to 3 days to process and dispatch the daily orders. We apologise for this inconvenience and are working hard to speed this up.

We use an external delivery company, Toll IPEC, therefore we can not guarantee time or day of your delivery. Orders are automatically dispatched upon full payment. Jumpflex can not delay dispatch or hold your order.

No deliveries will be made on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on Public Holidays.

All deliveries are calculated on the total products ordered cubic meter and weight based on your region/postcode. If you are having any issues with getting a shipping estimate, please double check you have entered in your correct postcode and region. Not every postcode will work due to mainframe database entry, some rural areas and new developments. Please, Google search your regional postcode if you are unsure or to identify the closest regional postcode in your area. If you are still having issues or difficulties please contact us by email or phone so we can assist you.

For any queries regarding a shipped order please contact Toll IPEC directly on 1300 366 684 and have your tracking details handy. It is up to the customer to check their tracking details for their consignments and advise if there are any issues with delivery. If your consignment has any damage to the boxes the customer must at the time of receipting and signing the delivery note the damage with the delivery driver and contact us.

If you are not home at time of delivery

The delivery driver from Toll will make an effort to contact the customer to gain authority to leave or an agreement on a suitable location to leave the consignment. If the Toll driver cannot make contact with the customer, the consignment will be taken back to the local Toll depot and a calling card will be left with the customer to contact Toll regarding redelivery or collection from the local Toll Depot. Authority to leave agreement means the right of responsibility and possession to the recipient. Jumpflex or Toll will not be liable for any loss or damage for authority to leave consignments.

Please note; for holiday seasons, please allow extra time for any possible courier issues due to the increased workload on the delivery companies.

Rural Delivery Note

We have worked hard to make sure we are able to deliver door to door throughout all of Australia; Please note that for your order is getting delivered to a rural address it will be passed over to a 3rd party delivery agent, this will result in an additional 3 - 10 business days for delivery. We recommend if possible to have your order delivered to a non-rural / metro address such as your work address or a city address.
