Refund policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason within 30 days of the purchase date, we're here to help. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Key points

  • Returns can only be accepted if contact is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be in as new condition with all packaging (internal and external), accessories and manuals and accompanied by the original sales invoice.
  • Refunds will be minus the original shipping fee ($69) , the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Exceptions

Please note these exceptions to our returns policy.

  • We are unable to accept returns of goods that have signs of visible wear or use.
  • For damaged or faulty goods please follow our warranty claims process.

How does it work?

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps.

1. Email us on hello@jumpflex.com.au or call us on 1800 586 735 with your details
    - Order Number
    - Name the order was purchased under
    - Reason for return

2. Wait for our Customer Support team to review your return and contact you. 

3. Print the return label that you will receive by email from us.

5. Send the items back to us.


How long does it take?

  • It may take our team up to 7 working days to review your return request.
  • Refunds will not be processed until our warehouse has received and assessed the returned items. Return shipping may take 5-15 working days or longer during peak periods.
  • Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be completed once a return has been approved.

Any customers seeking a refund outside of the 30-day money back guarantee are asked to do so in writing or email to Jumpflex for consideration.

Please note: There may be deductions or partial refunds from the original order payment at the discretion of Jumpflex management that is due to but not limited to the following:

  • The product has been opened and unpackaged
  • The product packaging has been discarded by the customer
  • The product has been used
  • The product has been exposed to the elements
  • The product is not in re-sellable condition

Deductions or partial refunds may also be considered but are not limited to the following expenses incurred by Jumpflex:

  • Freight
  • Handling
  • Packaging
  • Team member outcalls
  • Administration processing 

If you would like to return/change your trampoline you will need to get in touch so one of our friendly team can organize this for you. Due to the nature of the size of our product we are unable to organize a return for the wrong size ordered or a change of mind once the product has been dispatched. So please measure the size of the area where you will be placing the trampoline.
